I want to use the 24/7 Parking monitor function, should we buy a separate hardwire kit ?

Yes, the hardwire kit is not included in this dash cam product. You need to purchase an additional hardwire kit ( (Asin：B0DHJNRPB9) . It enables the activation of a 24/7 parking monitor and time-lapse function.

Why are the videos recorded by the left and right cameras sometimes black and white?

The left & right cams each feature 4 IR lamps that automatically activate infrared mode in low light or darkness, ensuring clear black-and-white recordings and capturing details like license plates and faces better.

What if an accessory is missing or the product is incompatible?

Please don’t worry. We can resend the accessories or replace them with compatible products.

What capacity of SD card can this Dash cam support?

N5 is compatible with 32GB-256GB memory cards, U3 and 10x or faster SD cards are recommended, and a 128GB memory card is included in the package for free

Do I need to format the SD card immediately after receiving the product?

Our SD cards have been formatted before leaving the factory. If there is no formatting prompt when you turn on the dashcam, you can use it directly. However, when using other new SD cards, they need to be formatted before use.
