— Please follow the steps:

1) Make sure the computer’s interface is USB 3.2Gen1 or above

2) connect this cable to the USB 3.2 Gen1 ports on your computer port;

3) log out of the APP and log back in.

3. As the description, it comes with a strap that holds up the wire?

— Yep, we offer 2 straps which can secure the cable to the side of the headset for strain relief.

4. Will the transmission rate drop if I connect a second extension cable? Maybe I need more length than 16ft.

— Actually it will have some drop in general, the current will get too low or not stable, but our store offer the USB 3.0 extender cord with Signal Booster (ASIN: B0179MXKU8), it is compatible with Quest2 VR, it’s not a lot of rate loss.
