When you only charge one device at a time, any USB port can achieve fast charging the the device or the port can reach.For fast charging, C1/C2/C3 is more recommend to fast charging, because their charging voltage are basically allocated independently.

Why it seems the charger can not achieve fast charging or the marked voltage and current?

Reason 1: Intelligent Identification and Device Compatibility: Our charger applies intelligent identification technology to dynamically adjust the output voltage and current according to the needs of different devices. When multiple devices are connected at the same time, according to the device needs, the charger will to adjust the total power allocation to each device. This adjustment may cause influence on the Voltage/ Current/ Fast charging.Reason 2: Dynamic Power Allocation of the Total Power: For example, the total power is 20V, your Chromebook requires 15V, while Arlo requires 9V. When the Chromebook is connected to the C1 port, it may be allocated a higher voltage first, while Arlo may drop to 5V due to protocol negotiation and power allocation. Similarly, when you change different ports, the voltage of other C ports may be redistributed, resulting in changes in the output of some ports.Reason 3: USB Port Charging Protocol Switching: Different devices support different charging protocols. For example, a device support QC 5V, while iPhone 14 supports PD 9V charging, some USB ports can switch between 5V and 9V. When you charge the QC 5V device, the USB port voltage may be locked at QC 5V, then you use this port to charge the iPhone 14, it may still remain at 5V charging. In this case, you can unplug the charger to reset the voltage of it.
