Please ensure that the USB-C port of the host device supports video output in order to enable the functionality of 2 HDMI/VGA.To manually adjust the resolution on your Windows, hold down the “Option” key, and then click on “Scaling”.It is not recommended to use a power brick with less than 65W output, as this could slow down the charging of the laptop.
