How to adjust the camera angle?

Adjust the camera up or down 90° by pressing down on the small notch at the top or bottom of the camera lens and then pressing up or down. If you still don’t know how to do, please ask us for a video instruction.

There is no cigarette lighter socket in the vehicle, how to power the monitor?

There is a power cord included in the package that you can hardwire to power it. If you don’t want to do this, please ask us for an car charger to USB adapter cable, so that you can power the monitor with the USB port.

It says “No Signal” when powering the camera through the Furrion pre-wire connector or car’s lights?

Try turning on the running lights or other lights that the camera is connected to, as the Furrion pre-wired is powered by the running lights.

Doesn’t fit the furrion pre-wired mount of your vehicle?

Please try removing the entire furrion camera housing and mounting our camera on it (our camera screw holes are the same as those on the furrion). Or ask us for other adapter brackets.

Cameras mounted to trailers connected to GMC/Chevrolet trucks show “no signal”?

Because their taillights and running lights are set up differently than all other vehicles, they can’t provide a constant 12-volt power supply to the lights. Please ask us for a link to a 7 Way Vehicle Power Adapter to bypass this issue.
