3. Dose it support phone’s APPs?

No. It doesn’t support any APPs although the APPs have the function of USB connection which means by PC not by phones. All APPs are for WIFI or Bluetooth or both connections, not for USB connection.

For Ford, Mazda, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles, FORScann can detect and reset hidden modules by the manufacture and do some works that other OBD softwares can’t do. 6. Why do I have fewer functions than others?

7. Why doesn’t it work for my car?

There will be some reasons: (a). Your vehicle is diesel or electric or 24V. This adapter is only for 12V fuel vehicles after 1996 with OBD2. (b). You bought wrong adapter. You thought this is Bluetooth or WIFI adapter. In fact this is USB adapter. (c).Your software is wrong setting for connection, please check the help of software.
